What size guard booth do we need?

Count the people inside at shift change, then list what goes in with them: monitors, a printer, a radio charger, maybe a restroom. One guard checking paperwork fits a compact booth. A gate that handles scales and badges needs more counter. We size it from that list.

What has to be ready before the booth arrives?

A level, accessible spot at the gate, a power feed, and conduit for phone or data. Our drawing shows the anchor points and where utilities enter, so your electrician can have everything waiting when the booth is set in place.

Is the booth comfortable year-round?

Yes. Each booth ships with an HVAC unit plus supplemental heat, sized for a door that opens constantly. That matters on humid July nights and cold January mornings, when a guard is on duty for a full shift with the window sliding open for every truck.

Can the booth be moved if our gate changes?

Yes. It ships as one unit and can be lifted and reset with the same equipment that placed it. That helps when a yard gets reconfigured, traffic patterns shift, or a second entrance opens on the property.

What a Factory-Built Booth Includes

Booths arrive complete: walls, roof, glass, counter, lighting, outlets, and HVAC are installed before the unit leaves the plant. On site, the work is setting it in place, anchoring it, and connecting power and data.

Sizes start with a one-person booth and go up to guardhouses with room for several staff, storage, and a restroom. Sliding windows face the lane, and glass on every side gives the guard a clear view of the gate.

Louisville summers are hot and humid and the winters get cold, and a booth door may open dozens of times an hour. We pair the HVAC with supplemental heat so the person inside stays comfortable in every season. Exterior finishes can be color-matched to your building.
