Is our Riverport building tall enough for two levels?

Send us the clear height to your lowest light, duct, or beam. Two levels need room for both ceilings plus the deck. If it falls short, we will suggest a single-story office with a load-bearing roof instead.

What is included in a two-story quote?

Wall panels for both floors, the steel deck, the stair, doors and windows, pre-wired electrical, and HVAC for each level. Options like an enclosed stair or extra glass are listed separately so you can compare.

Can we add the upper floor later?

Only if the lower office is built to carry it. Tell us at design time and we will spec the columns and roof for a future second level. Adding that structure after the fact usually costs more.
