Which office type fits a manufacturing floor?

For supervisors, QC, or shipping, a single-story in-plant office is the usual choice. If the building is tall and floor space is tight, a two-story unit may fit. We recommend one after reviewing your use and clear height.

What determines the cost of a New Albany in-plant office?

Size, wall assembly, glass, HVAC type, electrical scope, and roof load. You receive an itemized quote after the free consultation, with each option on its own line.

Who does the installation?

Experienced installation crews we schedule and manage. They follow the manufacturer's specifications and anchor every wall to the floor, while our project manager stays responsible for the schedule.

In-Plant Offices for Floyd County Plants

Supervisors in a busy plant need a place to work that still has a view of the floor. A modular in-plant office gives them that with wide windows, pre-wired outlets, and HVAC sized to the room.

We measure clear height and obstructions first, so the room fits without fighting lights, ducts, or crane rails.

Enclosing Loud Equipment Nearby

Manufacturing buildings often have a compressor or press that makes the whole bay loud. An equipment enclosure contains it, which also makes the office next door quieter.

Summers inside a non-air-conditioned plant get hot and humid, so both the office and any enclosed controls need real cooling.
